Welcome to TheFFM
This is where it all started – my little corner of Football Manager.
theFFM began as a place to document my saves and share my tools – from spreadsheets to shortlists, from rebuilds to thoughts.
Now that my women’s football content lives on womensfootballfm.com, theFFM is back to what it was always meant to be: a personal space for reflection and experiments.
Who Am I
Hi, I’m Jenna – theFFM (formerly The Female Football Manager).
- Lifelong Sheffield Wednesday supporter
- Football Manager player for 20+ years
- Creator of spreadsheets that are maybe too detailed
I’ve built a reputation in the FM community for tools like my Attribute Analysis Spreadsheet and Female Staff Shortlist, both featured by Passion4FM and FM Scout and downloaded thousands of times.
But beyond that, I’m just someone who gets completely absorbed by saves, overthinks every click, writes too many notes, and occasionally posts them here or on X/Twitter.
What You’ll Find on theFFM
This isn’t a guide site. It’s not about how to win. It’s about why we play at all.
You’ll find:
- Save Diaries – rebuilds, challenges, and weird experiments
- Reflections – on burnout, FM culture, or needing a reset
- Tools & Spreadsheets – archives from my saves
- Community Thoughts – wishlist posts and opinions
- FM25 Archive – thoughts on the game that never was
This is where I share the personal side of FM – the bits that don’t always fit into a category.
What About Women’s Football?
Women’s football is soon to become a huge part of how I play FM and how I think about the game.
That’s why I launched womensfootballfm.com – a dedicated space for women’s saves, leagues, databases, and beginners. Everything women’s football in FM now lives there, not here.
But if you’re looking for reflections and spreadsheets, theFFM is where you’ll find it.
Want to Collaborate?
Are you a Football Manager player, a women’s football fan, or someone with a story to tell?
I’d love to feature more voices across both theFFM and WFFM. Drop me a message below or on X/Twitter.
