It’s great to see that female footballers are finally getting the recognition they deserve, and the future addition of them to Football Manager is long overdue. With AI technology on the rise too, we can also now simulate the skills and abilities of footballers.
To put this to the test, I decided to combine the two and ask ChatGPT to rate female football players with Football Manager attributes. I also asked it to pick out some player traits and write an overview based on the ratings it decided on.
Although it may be some time before women’s football is fully integrated into Football Manager, it was a fun experiment and an exciting glimpse at what could be in the future.
